A | 我好像有点越来越不喜欢AI总结这件事了。它总是让我想起短视频上泛滥的3分钟看完电影，5分钟看完一部动漫，10分钟看完《三体》。起因是，这个周末自己办了一个活动，也参加了别的活动。第一次感觉一个周末可以这么忙。我这人其实一直都比较I，也比较社恐，所以很少出门跟别人交流，都是能宅在家里玩自己的，我就必定宅在家里。

At the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Korea Cho Hyun and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia Sugiono, Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi will visit South Korea and Indonesia from August 19 to 22, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced on Wednesday.
A release by the South Korean Foreign Ministry on Tuesday introduced that the two ministers are scheduled to hold a foreign ministers' meeting and a dinner on Wednesday and will exchange in-depth views on mutual concerns, including South Korea-China bilateral relations, the situation on the Korean Peninsula, and regional and international issues.
President Lee Jae-myung will also meet Wang at Cheong Wa Dae on Thursday, The Korea Herald reported on Wednesday.
The visit, ahead of the ⁠APEC meeting in Shenzhen in November, is expected to serve as an opportunity to review the achievements of the full restoration of relations and to fully prepare for the next stage of high-level exchanges, the South Korean foreign ministry said.
When asked about China's expectations for Foreign Minister Wang Yi's upcoming visit to South Korea, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian stated on Wednesday that China and the South Korea are close neighbors and partners to each other. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 34 years ago, China-South Korea relations have achieved comprehensive and rapid growth, bringing tangible benefits to the two peoples and making positive contributions to regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.
It is believed that Foreign Minister Wang's visit will help both sides further implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, step up communication, enhance mutual trust, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and jointly advance the China- South Korea strategic cooperative partnership, Lin added.
Wang's trip marks his first visit to South Korea in five years since he last came to Seoul for bilateral talks with his South Korean counterpart in September 2021, Yonhap News Agency reported on Tuesday. The previous talks between Wang and Cho took place in September last year on the sidelines of the APEC forum in South Korean southeastern city of Gyeongju, the report said.
Dong Xiangrong, senior research fellow at the National Institute of International Strategy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told the Global Times that August 24 marks the 34th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. With the anniversary approaching, Wang's visit highlights the importance of bilateral relations, which have generally developed steadily over the past 34 years and delivered tangible benefits to both peoples.
On Wednesday, Chinese Ambassador to South Korea Dai Bing also published an opinion piece in The Korea Times, writing that under the new circumstances, both sides should build on the current momentum, reinforce what is positive, address what needs to be improved and work together to keep bilateral relations healthy, stable and moving upward.
⁠China and South Korea have already conducted a number of high-level exchanges, with Lee Jae-myung making his first visit to China since taking office in January. Dong noted that such interactions underscore the need for continued coordination in the future diplomatic engagements.
This visit takes place at a critical juncture, against the backdrop of significant shifts across Northeast Asia, Zheng Jiyong, a professor from Tianjin Foreign Studies University, told the Global Times on Wednesday.
"Lee is positioning himself for the next phase of South Korea's domestic political landscape, changes in the external environment, including the relation with China, exert substantial influence on South Korea's domestic politics," Zheng said. For all these reasons, Seoul attaches great importance to Wang's visit and has high expectations.

B | 然后聊到Prompt，问我有没有一些很棒的Prompt来做这个任务。我说：除了会议纪要，我从来不用AI总结内容，从来都不。

C | 他们都会用一股难以置信的眼神看着我，那个感觉仿佛在说，不是吧......一个AI博主，从来不用AI总结内容？？？但是事实如此。我确实几乎不用，我也很不喜欢用AI总结，不过也仅仅只是我不喜欢而已，架不住这玩意真的流行。

D | 我其实思考过这个问题，就是为什么很多人都非常喜欢用AI总结一切。

E | 我以前觉得，是一个字，叫，“懒”。后来发现，不是，或者说，不全是。我身边很多很多经常用AI总结的朋友，很多都是极度勤奋且极度自律的人。后来，我觉得答案可能会是另一个字，叫，“怕”。很多时候就是怕错过，还有怕白费。这年代的信息太多太多太多了，每天睁开眼，公众号的红点，微博的热搜，行业大佬的最新发言，又一个4个小时的最新播客，还有昨天又爆掉的论文，根本消费不过来。

F | 一个人，不可能看完所有你应该看的东西，除非你是精通了量子速度的神。但借助AI，我们可以在脑子里塞上很多的知识点，可以在饭局上跟别人夸夸其谈，更可以把那些金句信手拈来。

G | 让我们看起来，像一个非常博学的人。而我们每个人的时间又非常有限。

H | 很害怕投入了大量的时间，最后结尾是一句V我50。我其实非常地理解。我们现在，时间很紧张，要求一切都要投入产出比，要求投资回报率。

I | 时间，是我们最宝贵的资源，绝对不能被浪费在那些无用的过程中。 AI，那就是最好的试金石。但我只能说，我自己一直认为，生命中那些最珍贵的东西，很多时候，都藏在那些被浪费的时间里。有一个我很喜欢的故事叫《肖申克的救赎》，我还记得很多很多年前，第一次看这个故事的感觉。那个感觉就像，我陪着安迪，在那个灰色的高墙内，度过了将近二十年的时光，你看着他被欺辱，看着他默默地用一把小锤子，敲开石头，也敲开绝望。

J | 当他在雷雨交加的夜晚，爬过那条450米，连老鼠都避之不及的管道，你好像能感受到，那令人窒息的黑暗。然后，他终于爬了出去，终于在监狱外的泥潭里，迎着暴雨，张开双臂。那个镜头，我一辈子都忘不了。这是长达两个小时的压抑、绝望、隐忍、铺垫，在那一刻的总爆发。

K | 还有一个我特别喜欢的动漫，叫《反叛的鲁鲁修》。我花了五十集的时间，陪着那个叫鲁鲁修的少年，看着他从中二、决绝，一步步走向众叛亲离，看着他为了那个虚无缥缈的温柔的世界，一次次弄脏自己的双手，背叛、杀戮、欺骗，最终背负起全世界的罪恶，导演了那场震惊所有人的“零之镇魂曲”。

L | 当他戴着魔王的面具，在全世界的欢呼声中被挚友刺穿胸膛的那一刻，你感受到的，是一种混杂着心碎、震撼和无比崇高的悲剧美学。

M | 你理解了他所有的孤独和决绝，你为他流下的热泪，都是你陪他走完那条荆棘之路的证明。现在，你再去看一个3分钟的解说。它会用一种飞快的语速告诉你，《肖申克》的主角被冤枉，挖洞越狱了。《鲁鲁修》的主角得到了超能力，掀翻了全世界，又为了世界和平，演了一出戏让自己被杀。信息确实完全没丢，事实，经过，结果，都有了。但是，那种让我热泪盈眶、灵魂激荡的感觉，没了。那一下，就没了。很多时候，AI总结的内容，我觉得跟3分钟解说，没啥区别。一次播客的语气，一篇文章的文笔，一段视频音乐的节奏，一个真挚的眼神，一次谈话中微妙的停顿。这些构成我们真实体验的，充满毛边和细节的东西，在AI的总结里，很多时候都会被无情地视为冗余信息，然后被清除。只留下那一个一个的答案，还有金句。一个好的内容，无论是文章、视频、播客，还是书籍、电影、音乐，它之所以牛逼，我一直认为，不仅仅是因为它提供了一个牛逼的观点或者一个精彩的故事。而是因为它构建了一个场。当你沉浸其中的时候，你会暂时忘记现实世界。你会进入作者创造的那个时空，跟里面的人物同呼吸，共命运，你会在线性的时间里，经历一段非凡的旅程。这个东西，我们一般称为，心流。它也会让你思考一些平时不会思考的终极问题，它让你体验到一些你此生可能无法亲历的喜怒哀乐。这个过程，我从来不觉得浪费，甚至我希望，这些过程再长一点，再长一点，我不想这么快就结束。我最近有一个新的休闲方式，就是在家里拼《流浪地球2》的笨笨积木。这玩意拼完大概需要十几个小时，上千个零件，将近2000页的电子说明书，我现在偶尔抽空拼，两周时间终于拼了一半。如果按照AI总结的逻辑，我直接去买一个成品的模型不就好了吗？省时省力，结果一模一样，最后也是摆在手办架上当装饰。

N | 但真的完全是两回事。当我看着这个庞然大物，在我手里从一个骨架慢慢长出血肉……那种纯粹的，源于创造和克服困难的喜悦，是任何成品都无法给予的。

o | 那个被浪费掉的十几个小时，才是这个玩具，真正的价值所在。我一直觉得，所有真正的学习和创造，都诞生于那些看似“无聊”和“模糊”的时刻。你需要在线性的时间里，一点点地去啃一个硬骨头。你会在这个过程中感到困惑，感到枯燥，甚至想要放弃。你的大脑会在这种不适感中，被迫去建立新的连接，去进行更深层次的思考。

p | 真的，AI总结，恰恰拿掉了这个过程。它太快了，太清晰了，太确定了。它直接把答案喂给你，你再也不用经历那个迷茫的，痛苦的，但也是最关键的求索过程。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。屈原如是说道。

q | 我们会在不知不觉中变得越来越没有耐心。看一个稍微有点铺垫的电影，我们会不停地快进。

r | 读一篇稍微有点复杂的文章，我们会直接拉到AI总结看结论。我们无法再忍受任何形式的前戏和铺垫，我们只想直奔主题。我们也会变得越来越无法处理不确定性。因为AI给你的，永远是确定的，清晰的，逻辑分明的答案。但真实的世界，真实的人生，真的充满了混沌，充满了矛盾，充满了无法被归纳的灰色地带。一篇内容，就像哈姆雷特一样，每个人的经历不同，它读起来，总是会有自己独特的感悟。当然，这一切都是基于你看的东西本身是一个好内容之上，筛选好内容，本身也是一个功力，这个就不细说了，它属于另一个话题了。这个时代，长内容，好内容，确实越来越少了，它们就像是黑夜里微弱的星光。

s | 但是阅读它们，真的是一种美妙的享受。那种感觉，是我第一次读到“许多年之后，面对行刑队，奥雷里亚诺·布恩迪亚上校将会回想起，他父亲带他去见识冰块的那个遥远的下午”时，那种如同被闪电击中一般的，宿命般的震撼。也是当我第一次看完《星际穿越》时，我脑子里不断响起的汉斯季默的管风琴，是不断重复的“不要温和地走进那个良夜”。

t | 写到这里，其实我想说，我真的不是控诉AI。

u | AI从来没啥问题，工具，永远都是中立的。我不想喊什么“少用AI总结，回归生活”的扯淡口号，那太虚伪了，也太不现实了。我们不可能，也回不去了。我只是想说，也许，我们可以试着，做一点小小的，但意义重大的抵抗。在今天这个所有人都在追求“快”的时代里，“慢”，本身，就是一种反抗。在所有人都在追求“答案”的时代里，享受“过程”本身，我觉得同样也很酷。
